She demonstrates the technique using Carolyn Friedlander's Polk Block, but you can use any block you please to create custom pillows for your home.

Quilt block of your choice (Ashley demonstrates using Carolyn Friedlander’s Polk Block - set of 4 blocks sewn together to create a 14” square)
20” square quilting cotton for back of pillow
3 ½” strips of quilting cotton for sashing
16” zipper
19" square pillow form
Thread in coordinating color
Sewing machine
