- 3.5 ounces arnica infused oil (watch Arina's Make an Herbal Infused Body Oil to learn how)
- 1 tsp. alkanet root powder
- 0.6 oz beeswax
- 7 drops lemon essential oil
- 7 drops eucalyptus essential oil
- 1 tsp. arrowroot powder
