Courtney teaches two ways to make vibrant pennants: by cutting out customized letters and gluing them in place, or with iron-on letters and a sewing machine. Perfect for parties and seasonal décor, these pennants can be made quickly for spontaneous celebrations.

- 8 ½” x 11” (or larger) piece of felt per banner
- Two ½” x 12” pieces contrasting felt for ties
- 2” x 9” (or longer) piece of contrasting felt for border
- Scissors
- Chalk
- Pressing cloth
- Iron
- Ironing surface
- Additional Materials for No-Sew Pennant:
- Large ruler
- Freezer paper
- Pencil
- Tacky Glue
- Iron-on embroidered letters
- Sewing machine
- Long ruler
