Katrina Wheeler
Vancouver, Washington, United States
Creative Director by day and paper mache artist by night, Katrina Wheeler finds inspiration in anything
that walks, crawls, or flies. Dogs, cats, rabbits, bugs and birds have all taken a turn as her muse. Using
upcycled cardboard and paper packaging, she creates sustainable art and enjoys bringing every sculpture
to life through color and experimentation. She is a nerd for oddly-shaped boxes and dreams of what she
can make with them. In a past life, she worked as an illustrator and as a paper engineer, creating paper toys
featured in Papermania!. She lives with her husband and daughter in Vancouver, Washington, where they
love making things together.
