The patterns are customizable, too, so you can decorate anything from a small stone to a larger rock.

Skill level: Intermediate
Yarn: For a large 8" rock: 25-50 yards of worsted weight yarn (shown in class: Anzula "For Better or Worsted" in Mauve). For a small 3.5" rock: 1 skein of Size 8 Valdani hand-dyed embroidery thread
Crochet Hook: For large rock, size I/9 (5.5mm). For a small rock, size 7 crochet hook (1.5 mm)
