It's easy to transform anyone into a pretty little flower with a yard of felt, some ribbon, and a hot glue gun. Courtney shares tips for cutting out felt petals and giving them a cupped shape, then shows how to expertly apply them to a ribbon to create a stunning (and comfortable) head piece. Dress your little blossom in an all green outfit, and she’s all set to trick-or-treat.

- ½ yard of felt in magenta
- 1 yard satin or grosgrain ribbon
- Plastic headband
- Fabric shears
- Small scissors
- Sharpie marker
- Hot glue gun
