I enjoyed the class. This is the first time I've ever heard of Kombucha and I have never heard of a Mother that causes babies to grow to allow for you to use them to make the fermented tea! So, everything I learned about Kombucha today was totally foreign to me! I will check out Kombucha Mothers online and see if there's someone local that I can get a Scobie start from!
