- Lion Brand Vanna’s Choice in Black – approx. 10 yards
- Lion Brand Vanna’s Choice in White – approx. 95 yards
- Cascade 220 in 8908 Anis – approx. 8 yards
- (Optional) Yarn for Santa Hat: Lion Brand Vanna’s Choice in Scarlet (approx. 5 yards), and Lion Brand Vanna’s Choice in White (approx. 5 yards)
- Two 9mm black safety eyes (optional: button shank remover)
- Small amount of white felt
- F5/3.75mm and H8/5.00mm crochet hooks
- Pet slicker brush
- Scissors
- Tapestry needle
- Straight pins
- Stitch markers or scrap yarn
- Polyester stuffing
- Small wooden stick, wooden chopstick, or unsharpened pencil to help with stuffing (sometimes one is included in a bag of stuffing)
- Fabric glue (FabriTac)
