Turn small cuts of fabric into beautiful custom mats for framing artwork, quotes or photos. Courtney Cerruti will show you the easy method of adhering fabric to pre-cut photo mats for one of a kind framing that looks expensive but works on a budget!
Here’s what you’ll need:
- Pre-cut photo mats in a variety of sizes
- Fabric scraps that are 3" longer in length and width than your mat
- Pencil
- Ruler
- Scissors or rotary cutter and cutting mat
- Spray adhesive or PVA glue and glue brush
- Kraft tape or painters tape
