Here’s what you’ll need:
- Found hardcover book of your choice
- 4-6 sources of source material including books, magazines, and scrap paper with a balance of new/vintage, glossy/matte, colorful/black and white
- Scotch "create" glue stick Permanent
- Scissors
- X-acto knife and cutting mat
- Tape
- China marker in black and white
- K-60 Krink markers in any colors
- Transparency film
- Collage fodder like security business envelopes,
- A covered brick or equivalent weight
- Parchment or waxed paper
- Tissue paper
- Permanant marker
- Acrylic ink
- Watercolor
- Metallic paper
- Paper straws
- Bakers twine
- 1" and 2" hole punch (optional)
- White candle (optional)

Courtney and Faith have so many fun ideas to share in this class. They encourage play and exploration as ways to get feelings and ideas onto the page. With altered books you can have fun while being open to where your ideas might lead you.
