It's great to have an explanation on all the various types of glue. I learned a lot. I've also experimented with gluestick for a more permanent hold. I apply the gluestick to both the item to be attached and the area where it will be attached. That seems to work well for papers. I also apply the gluestick to washi tape (and its attachment location) for a more permanent hold. Now I want to find a UHU gluestick to test it out.
