Yvonne's Artist bio

Yvonne Harris is a self-taught artist who discovered a passion for drawing and painting in 2021. Developing her own unique style has been a creative process with time and practice simply creating something every day, every week, every month. Yvonne's art form has enabled her to work with a variety of mediums, although charcoal and pencil drawing is her favorite.

Her drawing skills allow her to escape the negative emotions she experiences due to anxiety and depression from her chronic pain illness. Which is why art offers her some relief and peace of mind.

Yvonne realized that by sharing her art with the world, pushes the boundaries of expression to create beautiful images. She hopes her art connects with others as if it feels like sharing a hug - something special and engaging.

Yvonne currently lives in Columbus, Ohio, the capital of the Buckeye state.
